SWIMGAINZ SKILLS (2 Day Course)

Service Description

Ages 10-16 (Age as of 31/12/23) This NEW format comprises two groups alternating between 2 hour pool sessions and Land training / seminars. Each swimmer will receive a free Swimgainz SKILLS cap & technical reminder band. Our day will start with registration from 10.00am and a quick brief prior to our first session. The rest of the days timeline will be : *Day 1 > 10:30 - 12:30 - Pool session (stroke techniques / Starts) * Group 1 > 10:30 - 12:30 - Seminar/Classroom session *Group 2 > 12:30 - 13:45 - Lunch/Free time & Team building (please bring your own packed lunch and refreshments) > 14:00 - 16:00 - Pool session (stroke techniques / Turns) * Group 2 > 14:00 - 16:00 - Land Training * Group 1 > 16:15 - Collection * Day 2 > 10:30 - 12:30 - Pool session (stroke techniques / Turns) * Group 1 > 10:30 - 12:30 - Land Training * Group 2 > 12:30 - 13:45 - Lunch/Free time & Team building (please bring your own packed lunch and refreshments) > 14:00 - 16:00 - Pool session (stroke techniques / Starts) * Group 2 > 14:00 - 16:00 - Seminar/Classroom session *Group 1 > 16:15 - Collection Every Swimmer will have the opportunity to train in the pool using our state of the art bone conduction head sets providing real time feedback. Land training will be lead by OxOlt performance strength and conditioning. Nathan is an ex GB international swimmer and is an industry leading expert in S&C specific to swimming. The seminar will be in two parts; psychology, then nutrition & hydration. The cost for this course is £120 for 2 days (If you wish/can only attend one day, the individual cost is £80 per day) Please register your interest for single days by copy and pasting the link below and completing the registration form . Cancellation Policy

Once you have purchased a product or service from us but you need to cancel please let us know 72 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule we will transfer the service you have purchased from us to an alternative date, although be aware this may not be possible. Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund. *Swim Camp or Residential Swim Camp cancellations must be made 14 days prior to start date. Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund beyond this date.
